Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to processing and shipment. If an order has already been processed but not shipped, a $5 restocking fee will be accessed. If we are not able to cancel your order and it does ship, you can refuse the package at time of delivery. If you refuse the package, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges on that order. A refund or store credit will be issued for the items once they are returned to us.



If an order is placed and it is determined that one or more items is out of stock, we will do our best to contact the customer in order to choose a different product or receive a refund for the item(s) out of stock. If a customer does not respond within 24 hours of the notice, we will ship the remaining items on the order and issue a refund for the out of stock item. If there is only one item on the order and it is out of stock, we will attempt to contact the customer. We will wait until the customer contacts us to choose a different product or cancel the order. If we do not hear from the customer within 2 weeks we will refund the order.



At Desert Phoenix Candle Co., all our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, we will replace, or refund products damaged during shipment if documented proof of purchase and photographic proof of the damaged and/or defective item is provided within 14 days of the date of delivery.


Replacement and/or refund requests must be sent to In the event of a refund, it will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.



Prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately and reflected on this website.


At Desert Phoenix Candle Co. we hand pack and ship our candles with the greatest of care to ensure that they arrive quickly and in perfect condition. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 8AM-3PM. Orders placed after 3PM will be processed the next business day. In stock merchandise will usually ship within 5-7 business days from the date of the order.  Please note, there are rare occasions when we may require 7-10 business days to ship your order.  Additional lead times may vary depending on the season or any approaching holiday.


We ship to the US and territories. Currently, we do not ship internationally. Free shipping is valid on retail orders within the U.S. on orders that total $99 or more after any discounts or promotions. All other retail orders under $99 will be subject to real-time shipping costs through USPS. An additional shipping cost will be charged to orders in Alaska and Hawaii. This is due to the need to use priority shipping to ensure that orders are received within the 4-8 business day delivery window.


You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours once a label has been created. You can always email to inquire about shipping information. Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier and shipping method used.
